High-quality stable equipment

At Löw Reitsport you will find stable equipment of the highest quality for both professionals and amateurs. All of our products meet the highest standards and are designed to bring our customers joy and satisfaction. They are made from high-quality materials in our factory in Gdansk, Poland, some of them even by hand.

Practical organizers ensure more order in the stable, either in the basic version or with an upper part made of dirt-repellent, waterproof nylon, reinforced with polyurethane foam. Blankets or saddlecloths can dry here and the stable aisle still remains tidy. Depending on requirements, the stable organizers are available with a different number of rods.

Various bags also help you to keep things organized more easily and also enhance the look of the stable.

Our stable bags ensure that you have all the necessary utensils right at hand. They are made of high-quality, dirt-repellent and waterproof nylon and have an insert and a removable polyurethane insert with Velcro fasteners for division.

The accessory and grooming bags are functional with a large interior and offer plenty of storage space for grooming equipment or other accessories thanks to numerous inner compartments.

Saddle pad bags are an absolute must-have for every horse owner. They are real space savers and are not only suitable for transporting up to 7-8 saddle pads. Other stable equipment also easily finds its place here, so that the stable and tack room look much tidier.

Special box privacy screens or box door curtains help you to organize the stable or stable tent effortlessly and also offer privacy for nervous or sensitive horses. Thanks to different sizes and colors, there is something for every taste and every need.

Löw Reitsport offers practical bum bags, boot bags and garment bags for riders and horse owners.

accessories for the horse stable

Regardless of whether a horse stable is particularly well-equipped or only has the bare essentials, life is easier when every accessory has its own place. It is a good idea to set priorities here. Things that are used frequently or need to be found quickly depending on the situation should always be kept at the front or within easy reach. For example, grooming equipment or the stable first aid kit. Both can be conveniently stored in an accessory and grooming bag or in a stable bag in a cupboard. Bridles and halters are best hung on holders so that they are always ready for use. Accessories for leather care, for example, which you only need rarely, can be kept further back in the cupboard.

Saddlecloths, horse blankets and saddle pads should be hung up in a well-ventilated place, but well protected from moisture. There are special holders for this. Seasonal accessories, such as warm horse blankets for the winter, can also be washed and dried thoroughly and stored in large plastic boxes. This way they stay clean and can be used again straight away next winter.

What should not be missing in a horse box?

Your horse should not only feel comfortable in its horse box, but also feel safe. The box must not pose any risk of injury. This starts with the flooring and the box walls. These must not splinter or break even if it is repeatedly kicked. Any bars must be at least 17 centimeters or at most 30 centimeters apart so that your horse can make contact but cannot get caught in the bars.

Then the horse box should be covered with absorbent, non-slip bedding so thick that urine can be absorbed and no ammonia smell can develop until the next mucking out. Depending on the circumstances, there are special stable mats that are non-slip and protect your horse's joints thanks to their springy properties.

The box must be equipped with a feeding trough and a drinking bowl for feeding. These should be installed in the horse box so that the horse can reach them easily, but no unnecessary space is wasted in the box. Your horse should still be able to lie down easily without accidentally getting caught on the trough or drinking bowl when getting up.

A salt lick near the water trough will help your horse to keep its electrolyte levels in balance. But be careful with mares with a foal: the salt lick should definitely be placed out of the foal's reach.

Roughage such as hay can of course simply be placed in a corner on the floor. This allows the horse to eat from a completely natural neck-head position. However, if you want to extend the feeding time, you can attach hay nets, hay racks or hay boxes to the horse's box.

For particularly playful horses, it may be a good idea to integrate certain horse toys into the box.
